Be creative.<\/h3>\n<p>Social media is an incredibly competitive landscape, so thinking outside the box is key.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll want to take risks and push boundaries by experimenting with different angles and topics. Snapchat recommends posting videos that invite engagement, content that:<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Educates viewers <\/strong>\u2013 Tutorials, DIYs, arts and crafts.<br \/>\n <strong>Invites viewers to participate in a challenge<\/strong> \u2013 This can be a dance, prank, music, or other.<br \/>\n <strong>Appeals to people\u2019s emotions<\/strong> \u2013 Think animals, babies, and nature.<br \/>\n <strong>Showcases your talent <\/strong>\u2013 Have a special skill you want to show off? This is the place to do it, as long as it\u2019s child-friendly. <\/p>\n<h3>2. Meet the Spotlight guidelines.<\/h3>\n<p>Every Snap submitted to Spotlight goes through a review process before it is shared to ensure it aligns with Snapchat\u2019s community guidelines. If you\u2019re not sure your Snap is eligible, make sure it meets these criteria:<\/p>\n<p> Your video is high-quality with approved sound (music from the in-app library), and is between five and 60 seconds.<br \/>\n Your video doesn\u2019t feature any sponsored or promotional content with links and\/or attachments.<br \/>\n Your video doesn\u2019t have any watermarks from other platforms like TikTok or Reels.<br \/>\n Your video doesn\u2019t feature any illegal, or activities unsafe for those under 18 years of age, such as gambling and drinking. <\/p>\n<h3>3. Post often and experiment.<\/h3>\n<p>Are you getting the most out of social media?
