How to Remove Duplicates in Excel<\/h2>\n

1. Select the cells you wish to remove duplicates from.<\/h3>\n

Click on a cell and hold down the left mouse button. Then drag the cursor over the other cells you want to select.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Or, use the Shift + arrow<\/strong> keyboard shortcut to select the range you want.<\/p>\n

2. Click on the \u201cData\u201d tab at the top.<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n

3. Click \u201cRemove Duplicates\u201d to reveal a pop-up.<\/h3>\n

How to Highlight Duplicates in Excel<\/h2>\n

Sometimes, you want to see the duplicate data before you delete it. Here\u2019s how to find duplicate data in Excel:<\/p>\n

1. Select the cells you wish to check for duplicates.<\/h3>\n
